		<description>I have never really used any job boards outside of Careerbuilder over the last few years but only to catch some jobs that may not be posted anywhere else. Usually I use aggregators to pull from all sites corporate or job board. I just hope the the soon to be monopoly doesn&#039;t hurt job seekers.

First thing I love the new banner at the top! Very cool.  I agree with you about Hot Jobs.  They sucked since the change.  It was the red headed step child of job boards.  It&#039;s also a good move for Monster as they continue to go head to head with CareerBuilder.  Can&#039;t wait to see how it all goes down.  Wish we had Cheezehead to blog about this one.
